What we build
Three ways to launch.
One thin slice, one broader build, or one first release.
The thin slice. One workflow, production-ready, shipped.
Use this if: validating an idea pre-fundraise, replacing one broken spreadsheet, or shipping a single approval/intake/booking flow.
Read more →Multiple workflows, auth, admin panel. The middle ground.
Use this if: you need 2–4 connected workflows, multi-user access, an admin dashboard, or a proper internal portal for your team.
Read more →Your first real release. Analytics baseline, growth-ready.
Use this if: this is a first paying-customer release, you need commercial polish, or you're past validation into growth.

Three beliefs we ship by.
Scope before code
Speed comes from clarity. We pin scope in writing, day one, so nobody guesses.
Clean code, day one
Production stack. No glue-code, no sandboxes. Your future engineer can pick this up.
Clean UI, day one
"It's an MVP" is not an excuse. Every screen is one you'd demo to your board.
How we ship
Five steps. No surprises.
The honest bit
Shipped, measured, live.
The case study on the left is a production platform that went live on April 10 and is accruing organic traffic today. No fabricated screenshots, no polished fiction: you can open the live site and verify every claim.
Book the call, see the scope doc, decide from the scope doc alone.

Questions
The things founders ask.
What's included in the $4,999 Starter?
One workflow on a production stack (TypeScript, modern framework, real database). Clean UI, deployed, handed off with docs. Fits: intake portals, approval dashboards, booking flows.
What if my project doesn't fit a tier?
We'll tell you on the call. Sometimes it's a different tier. Sometimes it's 'you need a different team' — and we'll name who.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. From day one. The repo is created in your GitHub/GitLab account. All code, designs, and assets are yours.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happily. Send yours before the kickoff call, or use ours. Standard mutual NDA, no exotic terms.
Can I pay in milestones?
Yes. Lean and Growth split 50/50 — half on kickoff, half on launch. Starter is usually one payment since it ships fast.
What if we need changes mid-project?
In-scope changes are included. Out-of-scope additions get a one-line quote before we proceed — never silent additions to the invoice.
What stack do you use?
TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres. Deployed on Cloudflare. Nothing exotic — anything you or a future engineer can maintain.
What does post-launch support include?
Starter includes a walkthrough, handoff docs, and 30 days of email support. Lean and Growth can add an optional retainer. It's not required — the code is yours to run.
Ready to launch? Let's talk.
30 minutes. No sales pitch. We'll name the tier — or tell you to go elsewhere.
