HOW I WORK
Direct access is the operating model.
The point of hiring one senior engineer is not fewer people on the Zoom call. It is a shorter path from decision to working software.
You talk to the builder
The person reading the brief, replying to you, estimating the work and writing the code is the same person.
I will cut scope
If a feature does not help the first useful release, I will tell you before it becomes budget and maintenance.
Production is part of the job
Auth, data ownership, deployment, failure paths and handover are engineering work — not “phase two.”
No lock-in
Your repo, source, infrastructure and project artifacts remain yours. A future engineer should be able to take over.
