Product Build
A focused web product, customer portal or MVP slice with the core workflow working in production.
Independent software studio · Vietnam · Remote
I scope, build and ship focused products for founders and small teams — web apps, internal tools, integrations and codebases that need to get unstuck.
You work directly with the person writing the code. No account manager. No junior rotation. No subcontracting chain.

I am a good fit when you need one experienced person to own an outcome end-to-end, without turning the project into an agency process.

Replace the spreadsheet → email → copy/paste loop with a tool built around how your team actually works.
Take over an inherited or AI-generated codebase, fix the risky parts and ship the next useful release.
Plug into an existing team for a launch push, integration, hard feature or scoped piece of overflow work.
The point of hiring one senior engineer is not fewer people on the Zoom call. It is a shorter path from decision to working software.
The person reading the brief, replying to you, estimating the work and writing the code is the same person.
If a feature does not help the first useful release, I will tell you before it becomes budget and maintenance.
Auth, data ownership, deployment, failure paths and handover are engineering work — not “phase two.”
Your repo, source, infrastructure and project artifacts remain yours. A future engineer should be able to take over.
The stack is not the sales pitch. I choose boring, maintainable technology when it helps the product move faster and stay easier to own.
Already have a different stack? If the current system is sound, I would rather extend it than manufacture a rewrite project.
A few shipped products tell you more than a long services page. These are different problems, but the pattern is the same: understand the constraint, reduce the scope, own the hard part, ship it.
A working CRM foundation for teams that need their workflow to fit the business — not the other way around.
Vietnam administrative data turned into a fast, browsable search product instead of another static table.
A production React Native UI system built to make real app screens repeatable, testable and visually consistent.
A community product where membership and activity feel like software, not a brochure site.
Open LaClubA multilingual brand experience for a brief that needed more personality than a standard corporate site.
Open BION WORLDSA localized commercial funnel that moves high-intent visitors from service need to inquiry quickly.
Open DoanhNghiep360These are working ranges, not teaser prices. I will tell you if the project is smaller, larger or simply not a fit before we waste time on a call.
One clearly defined outcome, taken through production.
A narrow first product with the core workflow working end-to-end.
More moving parts, or direct senior capacity inside an existing team.
A US$2k sprint is not a “full MVP.” It is one useful outcome. If the first release needs more, I will scope it honestly.
I am Lan, a senior full-stack engineer with 10+ years across web, mobile, internal systems and product delivery.
I use AI where it genuinely speeds up research, implementation and verification. Architecture, product decisions and code review still have one accountable owner: me.
Small enough to stay direct. Senior enough to own the hard parts.
You do not need a polished specification. Tell me what exists, what is stuck and what needs to be true after this project. I will reply with fit, what I would cut and the smallest sensible next step.
